1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkedFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkedFlow is an AI-powered platform that provides content creation, scheduling, analytics, blog publishing, and multi-platform integrations.

LinkedFlow is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, GitHub, Dev.to, or Hashnode.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Plans & Payments

LinkedFlow offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and processed securely via Razorpay.

All subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Not misuse platform APIs
  • Comply with third-party platform terms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.

LinkedFlow does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or performance of AI-generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create. LinkedFlow retains ownership of its software, branding, and platform technology.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from settings.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedFlow from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
